Rates & Policy
Rate
$150 per night or $900 per week for 4 people. Additional persons are $10 each per night 6.75% tax is applicable to your bill.
· A two night minimum stay is necessary
· A three night minimum stay for the following holidays: New Years Eve, Memorial Day, July 4th weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
Pets
For they safety of your pets and our animals, we regret that we cannot allow your pets. Some of our animals run loose and are uncomfortable when they encounter a strange animal on the property
Smoking
No indoor smoking allowed. The cabins are, and have always been, smoke-free buildings. When smoking outside, please be sure to dispose of your trash safely and properly.
Payment Options
Deposit of ½ of total reservation is due within 10 days of reserving your dates. The remainder is due upon arrival. You may pay with check, money order, cash or credit card (paypal or MPrint)
Occupancy
East Fork Cottage occupancy maximum is 9. Cottage occupancy numbers are non-negotiable. Maximum occupancy violations will result in forfeiture of all fees and the immediate eviction of all guests. It is the responsibility of the guest to limit the occupancy to the posted limits.
Cancellations
Your deposit is refundable less a $25 fee if we are notified of your cancellation at least 21 days in advance of your check-in date. Cancellations received less than 21 days before your check in date will be refunded less a $50 fee. While our weather is usually wonderful, we can not guarantee it to be so during your visit. Inclement weather does not alter our cancellation policy.
Courtesy Phone Use
A cellular phone has been provided and is limited to 20 usage minutes per day. Any minutes over the 20 minutes per day while renting East Fork Cottage will result in a 40 cent per minute charge. Removal of the phone from the rental cottage is not allowed. A charge of $150 replacement fee will be billed if the phone is not in the cottage at the time of departure. Texting and Easy Edge have been disabled. Nationwide calling is included and international calling has been disabled
Check out requirements
- Strip all beds of linens
- Put all dirty linens and towels in the laundry basket and place basket in the bathroom
- Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start normal wash cycle
- Empty all trash cans
- Cover hot tub
- Turn off all lights
- Lock all doors
Check in time is 4PM. Check out time is 11:30AM
